Syracuse Man Shot In Daylight At Busy Intersection

Syracuse police are piecing together exactly what happened when a man was shot in broad daylight at a busy intersection .

Officers say an 18-year-old who has not been identified was shot while standing at the corner of East Fayette and Columbus Streets. It is a well-traveled route connecting the Westcott neighborhood to Teall Avenue and Route 690. The victim was hospitalized with a non-specified injury, but is expected to recover.
