President Obama Travels Through Skaneateles - Skips Tubman House in Auburn

After working out at the Auburn YMCA, President Obama returned to the Holiday Inn and boarded his tour bus, which left the city at around 10 a.m. The President did not visit the Seward Museum or the Harriet Tubman Home. Instead, his motorcade headed for the village of Skaneateles and hundreds of people stood along Route 20 to see him.

He's scheduled to arrive in Binghamton at noon - and will be greeted by supporters and opponents of fracking when his tour bus rolls in. Binghamton is in an area where drilling would likely begin - if Gov. Andrew Cuomo lifts a 5-year-old moratorium and allows fracking in New York state's part of the Marcellus Shale.
