Police Need Help To Identify Body

State police are asking the public's help in identifying a body found in a Jefferson County river.

Troopers say a man was found in the Black River near a hydroelectric dam outside Watertown. So far they have been unable to identify him. He is between 6 feet and 6 feet three inches tall, weighs about 260 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes and a beard. He was wearing a sweatshirt, green or tan cargo pants, and work boots.
