Onondaga County sheriff's deputies say they were forced to shoot and injure a suspect when he pulled a hidden shotgun on them in Nedrow.
Deputies were reportedly bringing the suspect to a home on Everingham Road where they believed he was holding stolen property. Once inside, the suspect drew the shotgun, but was shot by deputies before he could shoot. Authorities say the suspect's injuries are not life-threatening. The suspect was reportedly cooperating with a week-long burglary investigation until then. The suspect has still not been identified, nor any charges reported.
